Personally , I do respect it & I do support it , but I just don't have the energy to get dragged into it , especially if it's considered the petty type ( e.i over disagreements or you just don't like somebody , serious issues is a different ball game & that's when I'm supportive of it. ) I'm exhausted enough from work & a recent tragedy in my life & I just cannot spend the energy on callout culture.
